Contact the editorial team
Use this page to send a question, a correction, or a topic suggestion. Messages go to the editorial team that produces ViewQuantum Digital. We are not a development agency, so we cannot quote on projects or take on build work.
Replies usually within a few business days
Before you write
Three kinds of message reach us
The useful ones are easy to spot. A correction names a page and points at what is wrong or out of date. A question asks about something the guide covers, from how a project gets scoped to which platform suits a small catalogue. A suggestion points at a subject worth adding, and often comes from someone who works with it every day.
If you are reporting a correction, include the page and, where you can, the source of the correct information. A link to a studio's own service page or a platform's public documentation makes verification much faster than a description alone.
Send a message
Include your email address so we can reply, and a short subject line that tells us what the message is about. Plain text is fine — you do not need to format anything.

What we cannot help with
We do not provide project quotes, recommend a single studio, or act as a middleman between readers and development firms. We also cannot advise on individual contracts or disputes.
For those, you are better served talking directly to the studios listed in our comparison. We keep the comparison factual and leave the match to you.

The editorial desk in Santiago
ViewQuantum Digital is published from Avenida Bernardo O'Higgins 2100 in Santiago, Chile. The guide covers studios that work across Singapore and the wider region, so readers write to us from both places. If you are nearby and prefer to send documents by post rather than email, use the address below and mark the envelope for the editorial team.
We are an editorial operation, not a walk-in studio. There is no one at the desk to discuss a build, and no project meetings take place here.

After you send
Every message is read. A reply comes when a reply is useful.
Messages are read by the editorial team, usually within a few business days. If a correction is confirmed, we update the relevant page and note what changed. If your question is one other readers are likely to have, we may add it to a page or write about it. Corrections that need verification can take longer than questions, because we check the source before we change anything.
Reporting something out of date
Development coverage changes. Studios update their services, teams grow or shrink, and platforms shift how they price and package their plans.
If a page here no longer matches what you can see publicly, tell us. Include a link if you have one — it makes verification much faster, and it means we can check the same page you did.
A correction does not need to be long. A sentence, the page name, and a link to the correct information is enough for us to start checking.
How We Keep This Guide UsefulQuestions readers ask before writing
Do you reply to every message?
We read every message. We reply when a response is useful, which is most often for corrections and specific questions. Suggestions are logged even when we do not write back about them.
Can you recommend a studio for my project?
No. We compare studios by their public positioning so you can match one to your project yourself. Recommending a single firm would make the comparison worth less to everyone reading it.
How long does a reply take?
Usually a few business days. Corrections that need verification can take longer, because we check the source before we change a page. Questions about a topic we already cover are usually the quickest to answer.
Will you tell me who sent a correction?
No. We do not credit or name the people who write to us, and we do not pass your details to the studios we cover. If you want a correction handled privately, say so in the message and we will keep it that way.
Privacy and your message
We use the information you send to respond to your message and to improve the guide. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to the studios we write about. The address you write from is stored only as long as needed to handle your message and any follow-up it causes.
If you would rather not use the form, you can write to the email address listed above. The same rules apply to messages that arrive that way. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long, in plain language.
Most messages we receive come from readers checking a detail before they brief a studio.
